Maja & Asdrubal didn't build a venue. They built a sanctuary. You're getting married in it.

Celebrate Love in the Heart of the Mayan Jungle.

At Casa Arkaana, a wedding is more than a day — it's a journey. Some couples arrive wanting quiet: morning yoga, cacao ceremonies, long dinners under the jungle canopy. Others want the full boho dream: woven lamps, flowers, candlelight, and a ceremony that feels like a living painting.

And for those who want to burn bright — fire, live music, art, and a tribal gathering that dances with the stars. Not a party. A ritual of joy.

Casa Arkaana is 20 minutes from Tulum — completely off-grid, completely yours. The space shapes itself around your vision, not the other way around.

What couples say

"Choosing Casa Arkaana was the best decision."

From the very beginning, Maja and Asdrubal welcomed us and supported us in bringing our vision to life. The closeness to nature made the wedding truly magical. We spent three days there, enjoying the jungle, and left feeling renewed.

Betty & Ankar, October 2024

Asdrubal and Maja opened the doors of their home and made us feel embraced — taken care of in every detail, with dedication and so much love. Always attentive, always present, making our stay and celebration a dream to remember.

Every corner of their sanctuary radiates a beautiful energy. And the mystery of the jungle at night makes this little piece of heaven a perfect place for an intimate, soulful gathering.

We carry a piece of this magical place in our hearts — and an unforgettable memory of this paradise. Thank you. We will return.

The jungle is most alive in the green season — May through October. Fewer visitors, lush canopy, lower starting rates. Ask us about green season availability.

The Sapote Tree · Casa Arkaana
The Heart of the Property

Under the Sapote Tree.

There is a tree on this land that has stood for generations. Its canopy fills the ceremony space. Couples exchange vows beneath it. It holds everything.

You can't book a tree like this anywhere else. That's the point.

Environmental Stewardship

Celebrate with Love — for Each Other and the Earth.

At Casa Arkaana, every wedding becomes part of a larger story — one where love is celebrated in harmony with the land that holds us. Beneath the trees and under the stars, we honour both people and planet by designing celebrations that leave only joy behind, never waste.

We compost, recycle, and tread lightly, ensuring that what nourishes your wedding also nourishes the Earth. At one jungle wedding, three days of festivities left behind only two small bags of trash — the rest returned to the soil or was given a new life.

"Here, sustainability is not an add-on —
it is woven into the fabric of your celebration."

The Hosts

We are Maja and Asdrubal.

We built Casa Arkaana with our hands, our family, and twelve years of love for this land. When you marry here, you marry in our home.

We've hosted two weddings without ever promoting them. People found us because they were looking for something real — a micro wedding in the jungle, intimate, away from the convention. That's who we build for. We take on six weddings a year — that's it.

Common Questions

Before you reach out.

The questions we hear most often.

How many guests can we invite?

Casa Arkaana hosts intimate weddings of 20–60 guests. We don't do large-scale events — every wedding here is personal. The space is designed for people who actually know each other.

Is Tulum safe for a destination wedding?

We hear this question often. Our guests travel from across the world. Casa Arkaana is a gated private property, 20 minutes from Tulum town, surrounded by jungle. "We spent three days there, enjoying the jungle, and left feeling renewed." — B & A, 2024. The setting is remote by design — that's what makes it what it is.

What's not included in the package?

Catering, photography, and your officiant are not included in the base package — we can connect you with trusted local vendors who know the space well. Everything that is included is listed above.

Can we arrive before the wedding day?

Yes. The 3-night accommodation is included — many couples arrive a day early to settle in, explore the cenote pool, and breathe. Arriving calm changes everything about a wedding day.

How far in advance should we book?

Most couples book 6–12 months in advance. We accept only a limited number of weddings per year — this is our home, not a venue calendar. If you have a date in mind, reach out early.
